This course gives an overview of current state-of-the-art concepts in practice management from the perspective of greater operational and organizational efficiencies. This will include concepts related to members whose firms who perform financial planning for their clients, as well as inclusion within a firm’s year-end business planning.
During the program, the presenters will detail the challenges faced by accounting firms in today’s marketplace, both from the perspective of public knowledge of a firm’s practice concentrations as well as internal organization barriers that impede a company’s ability to function effectively both internally and externally.
The presenters will then specific practice management principles in the areas of brand identity toward a greater recognition of the firm’s capabilities and tying those capabilities into practice specializations, and assessing factors that impede a firm’s practice management proficiency and recommended techniques and solutions that drive increased efficiencies and workflow processes.
