The Joint National Conference has reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees at the Sheraton Music City Hotel at a special rate of $149 per night Single/Double, $159 Triple; $169 Quad, plus tax. Rates are good three days prior and three days post the JNC, subject to rate and space availability.

Reservations
To reserve a room, contact the reservations department at 888-627-7060. Please be sure to identify yourself as part of the 2010 ASWA & AWSCPA Joint National Conference to receive the group rate. The room block will be held until Thursday, September 2, 2010, subject to availability. Room requests after the cut-off date will be accepted but subject to the hotel’s availability at the group rate, so don’t delay!

Contact AWSCPA headquarters at (800)-297-2721 to inquire about sharing a room with another meeting attendee. A file will be kept of those who request roommates and you will be given those names and numbers upon request. It is up to you to actually make contact and set up rooming arrangements.
